What Grade Engine Oil In 3l Td

Hi all after help again,what type of engine oil do you recommend for a 95 3L TD surf,and can I go into my local Halfords store and get an oil filter off the shelf,what model do I look for in the catalogue,looking forward to your help.Roy

I use Comma semi synthetic Eurodiesel and change oil and filter every 4-5000 km, don't use halfrauds go to a good motor factors, they should have the filter listed, if not ask for one for a Landcruiser 4.2td around 93 model.

Milners do a complete filter kit for £10 + vat and P+P.
