You know when your stuck behind someone driving at 35 in a 60limit, and they manage to still slow down further for every corner?

We'll I want to get past in the smaller gaps that seem to be appearing.

My question is.. What engines can I fit in my bay? 1999 AE111 Corolla GS 1.6 16V

Would this fit?

TOYOTA MR2 CELICA 2.0 16V REV 2 89 - 93 3SGE ENGINE - wouldn't buy this one though cos they want my old engine anyway :P

Why not save yourself at least £1k and just buy a celica from that period?

yeah that engine will fit but you need to make engine mounts to get it to fit you also need engine loom,ecu, gearbox,driveshafts. personally if you want to put a 2.0 engine in i would go for 3sgte [2.0 turbo] as will be alot faster and the same hastle to get in

it can be done, i've been putting the 3sgte in my rolla, check the picture link in my signature. the 3s-ge would be similar just a lot less turbocharger!
