Townace Buying Tips

I'm off to look at a Townace soon and wondered what I should be looking out for. Not the small stuff, just signs it's about to shuffle off this mortal coil. The vendor says the steering is hard work, possibly a power steering problem. Anything else to inspect? Thanks very much for your help. I know there's a wealth of knowledge in here ETA: now not tomorrow
