Built-in Sat Nav

Anyone here know how to input postcodes into the sat nav? I have read the manual and played with it for ages and the only way I can set a destination is physically type in the city then the roads, so annoying!

you can't you'll have to put in streets only.

If it’s a TNS then it doesn’t have the post code facility.

I got built in sat nav but they not very good.i brought a latest version copied one off my mate but that doesnt let me input any address. I can type in the UK and other countries and look at the uk map etc but I can't type in any new uk address??

any tips where to buy an updated legit copy maybe?
