Toyota Camry 1997 Key Imobiliser Programming (tvss Iiib)

Can anyone please tell me how to program a new key so that it will start the car without the immobiliser kicking in.

Basically I bought a new blank key with a seperate key fob from eBay as my car only had one key. I programmed the key fob by pressing the green button on the alarm ecu (TVSS IIIB) That all works perfectly now as I can lock and unlock the car.

I then got my new blank key cut from my local locksmith. The key will now work in all the locks but it won't start the car as the transponder in the key is not programmed.

Can someone please tell me how to program the key transponder!!!!!!!!!!!

Has it got something to do with the 8 DIP switches on the alarm ecu?

Any help will be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
