I payed £5800 for a T4 with 46K recently, albeit a higher spec car but at over a £1.5K cheaper i would be a little weary. havnt got a single complaint so far except the computer is not very accurate EG: 55-59 MPG when in reality its around 37, still commendable. Good luck

ive been reading about some of these avensis being recalled cause of the steering how do i know if this effects this 1, how do i find out if its been done and finnally will toyota still look at it is was 1 of the recalled 1s for free.

Has the car you're looking at got a full service history, is it a Toyota dealer or at least a reputable dealer, what warranty are you getting with the car, etc? If everything is okay, you should get a great, comfortable, reliable car.

missed out on the avensis i phoned @ 10am on monday morning and dealer told me its sold and i could have sold it 4 times this morning :(

so going to see a Toyota Avensis 2.0 T Spirit tomorrow 2004 42000 miles full sh with all the extras £5995 is there anything i should look out for in this model seems like a fair price...
