I have lost the manual which came with the car 52 plate, how do I go about getting a new manual,

I rang the main dealer who said would ring back, that was about a month ago.

its would be usfull if the user handbook could be available in pdf, as i brought the avensis 1.8 2004 54 plate it has most booklets in the folder but not the one which will tell you all about the car, i have the full service history with it, but i think the company that auctioned the cars off got some of the booklets mixed up as i have 2 of some
