What are the best spark plugs to get for 140 vvti. also if you can tell me of any good websites where i can get these from will be much appreciated.

I get Bosch Super 4's for mine. I don't know which are the best to get though.

Go to motor factors and they'll tell you Denso are best - thats what Toyota use for their cars when they roll out of the factory..

Denso Iridiums all the way for me...ive tried them all and these plugs perform better.....NGK are next best
