It is far too large.

TOC rules state that Signature pictures should be a maximum of 60 pixels high

Looks good but yeah, it is a bit big as far as the rules go so you'll have to shrink it a bit

Good effort though, what did you make it with?

ill get it shrunk shortly and did it on paint the first one ive ever done and didnt want it to look dodgy
