Brakes Question

Ok all....

i have been looking for ages now for decent brakes that wont go thru the roof in costs....i found things like mintex etc....but i have now recently found a pack for sale 4 grooved discs and greenstuff ebc pads delivered for £250.

Just wanted to know if anyone has heard of these discs tho they are called CRN Performance and if anyone else has had good results with these or if i should stay away

Let me know if £250 is a bit pricey and someone can give me some insight to better brands or brakes in general

All the best

Keri

Looks like CRN performance are the reseller

http://www.crnproducts.co.uk/

The discs and pads are EBC

I used EBC discs with GreenStuff pads on a previous car. Produce much less dust and give more grip the harder they are used (as opposed to standard pads fading).

The only thing to be careful of is that when cold they do next to nothing, this can catch you out until you are used to them.

hi,

thats what i thought about crn but i spoke to the guy and he told me these are manufactured by crn....so they arent ebc stuff.....if you look also their brakes dont come with drilled holes nor to they come with dimples...they arent the same brakes.....but im prob going to go with ebc non the less unless someone can point me to a celica black diamond set for around £300

all the best
