I am just about to buy a Prius TSpirit and I want to integrate my iPod. I understand there is an AV conection in the armrest, but for £205 I can add the iPod Integration kit. I'm told this will give me the ability to control my iPod through the steering wheel and view the information on the centre SatNav screen.

BUT... I haven't seen this in action yet.

I'm reading that the car only identifies 6 folders and I'm not sure what is displayed on the screen.

Can anyone give me reliable details about how this works and whether it is worth while?

ALSO... Can you connect an iPhone and use the phone and iPod seamlessly?
