Toyota Corolla Symbol

Own a 2003 Toyota Corolla and lately this symbol next to the airbag symbol lights comes up but cannot make out what it`s for. It is a horizontal line with an arrow head at each end within two brackets, and a wire coneccting the bottom of the brackets.

Any idea what this sign is trying to tell me. My manual is all in Japanese.

I'll bet it's the universal symbol for a brake warning light (o) with a wavy line beneath it to indicate that it refers to the fluid.

Have you checked your brake fluid level?

If it's not that then, as dawesy says, post a picture up.

They tend to use pretty much the same symbols across all cars, so you may well find it in just about any other Toyota book you look at. Or even in a non-Toyota manual.
