which is an insurance friendly Supercharged 1.4

be aware on that one ive seen someone try to pull that off before!

the basic insurance return was 'were not stupid ya know it mite be 1.4 but its still got a blower bolted on' 10 grand please!

I owned a G60 that cost me under £800, I was in my late 20's 2 years NCB, living in a very dodgy area. I thought it reasonable.

hi guys

norwich union would not insure me on a celica, 106 rallye or a 306 Dturbo :( so i've not been quoted happy at all there <_< :rolleyes:

CIS were almost as bad, not insuring me for a celica or 106... however they did give a pretty reasonable price on a 306 Dturbo, £1700 fully comp.

i'll get there in the end (y)

sorry, i thought you were going to go under a parent's name. CIS probs aren't the best bet in that case then. strange they didnt quote you on a rallye, though - they'll quote me :wacko:

Give elephant a go, i've been trying to get all my insurance sorted this week and they have by far been the cheapest. :thumbsup:

Im with Churchill, they are actually good to deal with!

Plus thats were I saved a few notes by adding my dad onto MY policy as a named driver!

but then again 21 with 2 years no claim on a 1.4vvti five door, wouldnt be too bad!
