Best Oil For E12 1.4 D4-d

Hello.

I´m a Portuguese Toyota owner.

I would like to ask you what is the best oil for a corolla E12 1.4 D4-D.

The Portuguese Toyota oficial dealers and workshop use BP Visco 5000 (10w40) in regular oil chages (15000Km).

I would like to use a better oil.

I'm thinking BP Visco 7000 Sport (5w40).

I would apreciate, if you would comment my choice, and sugest other oil brands and oil models.

Hi am also in Portugal with same car and use Shell Helix Diesel Ultra 5w-40 It is fully synthetic. Continente and Jumbo sell it halfprice now and again at about €25. Have done the oil and filter change three times now.Can be done with the car on the ground.
