1997 Carina E S/h Cosmetic Parts Wanted!

Hi there, I am on the lookout for some reasonably cheap second-hand parts for a 1997 Carina e saloon!! Basically I need a rear drivers side outer tail-lamp (the one in the rear quarter panel), whatever components are used to hold down the spare wheel, a bonnet (preferably marroon in colour!!) maybe a front bumper and each of the rubbing strips (black things!!) on the front and rear drivers side doors!! I need these bits and bobs to make a real tidy job of my lovely old Carina!! I would appreciate any help with finding these items!! Thankyou. :)
