Gen 6 Lowering Problem

Hi guys, I have just bought my first Celica. It's a Gen 6 Import, 1995 2.0l 16v.

It has had the suspension lowered by 40mm with a set of PI springs, but the tyres keep hitting the arches when the suspension does it's job, go up and down.

I want to raise it so when me, the wife and a full tank of fuel are on board, I can enjoy the ride and have to worry about the yres going pop. :P

The road handling is fantastic, but I want the tyres to last. :o

Any suggestions...

pi springs are rubbish , they lower the car by 40 mm but overtime become very soft and drop even futher . invest in some 35mm drop springs made by a reputable company and you should be ok.
