I have found one at www.nengun.com but it is stupid money to buy and get it sent over here. Does anyone know of any sites or stores where they are being sold?

there was a koyo aluminium one on eBay a while ago

There is some black radiators for the gt4 on eBay but im pretty sure these are just standard.

yeah the koyo one has an alloy top and bottom tank

Koyo seems to be pretty much the only choice but its finding somewhere selling one in the uk.

We are located in Japan and supply direct from Japan and unfortunately the radiators are fairly big and heavy so shipping is not particularly cheap. :( We have the Type Z on our website, but there is also the Type S and Type R models available.

The Type S is a lot cheaper, but thinner, 2 layers opposed to 3 and made out of copper. You can see the details on their construction from Koyo's website:
