how yas think us t sport owners would get on with one of these?, i believe its the same engine as in the golf gti ?

Thinking of a 3dr one of these as a potential replacement for the TS....I would like to think there wouldnt be much in it, although my mates new 2.0t gti felt quicker than the tsport..but thats due to all that lovely torque....unfortunately he sold it before i could compare :(
