Gold Badge Edition On Your Car

i had a celica gt4 import with gold type badges all round some said it was a gold Badge edition?? i have seen them on a couple of other jap cars not many thou...

does anyone now if there was such a thing and if it ment anything??

my mate had a gold badged gt4 as well and he thought it came with more bhp, but i dont think so??

any one got any ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen a couple of gold badged Lexus cars but never a Toyota

so have i, my celica was a st205 in black and my mates was a st185 in red

also seen them on a couple of jap cars a mazda mx6 and a nissan gtir

I've seen gold badges for various makes and models on FleaBay and in other places. They do look better on some colours, definately.
