Lift Start From 5500 Ts

hi every one .

we are thinking to some how lift start from 5500 instate of 6200.we planing to make it.its only about ECU and cam open at 5200 rmp. or 5500.

what do think about it?

soory about my english.we will play with ECU its all about if ECU then the injaktor give moor petrol and moor air also need we have to fix this some also.its can be i spoke to one of my friend he also work in toyota service and he also have ts.we talk about this its alos can like this when u go till 3000 rmp the lobs are open all the time with rmp but we to see moor detalis we will find some thing sure.its have to better then TYPE-R

i dont think you can play with the ecu matey, you will need apexi power fc or a different ecu that u can prgramme yourself.

That link is talking about using an A'PEXi Power FC to lower the Lift point.

This has been covered many times and there is no way to re-map the stock ECU to lower the Lift point.

It's either an A'PEXi Power FC or a Camcon Controller

Khants, if you find a way. let us know! i think we'd all love to do this but no-one has been able to fix it.

we are seeing the web site the guy who also have a ts.he alos work in toyota service we try to find some thing. Bcoz one guy he alrady make in civic type-r he start from 5500 RMP and he said its working.one of the guy who have supra 600 hp the guy also i ask he work on in supra he will help us.he is good.we will see i will let u know but its take time

Don't CTR's come in at 5800 anyway? 300 lower aint that big a deal.

I personally don't think you'll be able to do it on the Original ECU. How long has the CTS been out? I don't recall anybody being able to do it without an after-market ECU. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong or kows otherwise. xD

you are right ! been covered many amounts of times , standard ecu can not be tamperd with unfortunalty.

and didnt someone mention days ago that lowering the lift point will make the car slower ?

and yeh CTR ivtec kicks in earlier than our cts not sure exactly when though., guess the engine can handle it being a 2.0l
