Hi the front and rear pads on my RAV 4 are down to 3mm so I am feeling the urge to change them. Having taken a closer look at the calipers I can't see how to release the springs/pins to remove the pads? Does the caliper have to come off first?

Anybody got any instructions or diagrams on how to change the front and rear pads?

The Car is a 5 Door '52' Reg 2.0 Petrol Auto in GX trim.
