Deflating A Tyre

Ok having bought some puncture repair tyre spray stuff it says in the instructions before you use the spray, you have to deflate the tyre fully?!?! how would i go about doing that? (hopefully i will never need said spray stuff but just in case.....)

push a match or similar into the valve tip so you hear the air escaping and keep it pressed in until no more air comes out (that is how I would do it anyway :D )

:help: :help: Hoovie you've never done that before then...good trick used to do when younger then put cap back on slightly...

pushing the end of the tyre sealant nozzle onto the valve will deflate the tyre. just dont snap it over and lock it on , just push and hold it on.
