Broken Rear Wash/wipe

Recommended Posts

hello guys, couple of things.

Havent used my little aygo in a while as been on hols and busy with work so hes been sitting outside the house for about 3 weeks. Just jumped in as Ive missed little growler, went to wash the London Scum of the windsceen - fine, and tried to do the same for the back and nothing comes out. It still makes the noise of the pump pushing the water out to the back but nothing comes out, the wiper works fine but no water :(

Ive tried all the usual tricks - using a little pin to ensure theres no dirt/dust trapped in there, even took growler for a wash and used the high pressure hose to squeeze out any dirt but still no water comes out, - theres plenty in the tank.

My worry is that the pipe has broken and theres water going somewhere where it shouldnt. It looks like there is a little crack in the third break light? anyone got any ideas???

ALSO far more annoyingly, I have a very deep scratch where someone has keyed all down the drivers side door right down to the curvaceous hippy bits at the rear lights, very very very annoying  , you can feel its quite deep and its down white underneath so I assume its going to be a big (and expensive) job to fix, anyone know of anywhere good in the South East/London I can go for a quote?

when the aygo first came out there was a problem with high level brake light cracking and the water leaking back into the car mostly the headcloth area then running into the boot area

but the washer nozzle its self could be silted up with deposits from the tank (do you put in additives this can cause problems like that)

the only way to clear it is a high pressure air line to fire it all out or buy a new piece
