Hi really don't know if anyone will know the answer to this but may as well ask anyway. Six years ago i migrated to Australia & brought my 1998 Avensis CDX with me. It was a lot cheaper than buying an equivalent car here & it's served me well. However wear & tear has finally caught up with me & i now need new shock absorbers front & back & 2 new rear disks. All the Toyotas here are the same as the UK except the Avensis. The Australian Avensis is a people mover and the UK Avensis is not available in Australia. So what im asking is does anyone know if shocks etc from say a Camry would work on the Avensis or does it have to be Avensis parts only. That being the case does anyone know of somewhere that would export parts over here that wouldn't cost more than the car is worth?
