wel.. i would love to see him pass that through the SVA test when he brings that in the country

bloke i bought my motor off bought in a 700 bhp skyline.. has had to demod it to get it through the SVA... then remod the car back.

If it's a pure drag car - he doesn't need to bother (just don't drive it on the UK roads) .. then wait till it's 10 years old and then register and MOT it ..

It sounds like it's going to be stripped in time for TOTB3 .. so it'll probably get an ESVA at the end of the strip down.

I'm thinking to opposite now .. bin the MR2 and get a Soarer (mate can get either a 4L v8 or the 2.5TT in the country for about £3k .. and then a set of 19's ..) and I'd be happy.

probably better MPG too ..

Anyone wanna buy a HEAVILY modded Mk2 Rev2?

1JZ-GTE 2.5l 6cyl,,,,,,,,,Comes Twin Turbo and Single Turbo (depending what year you get)

http://www.jdm-wholesale.com/trd.html

The above is still for sale I think:

1998 Toyota Chaser Tourer V, (JZX100), it's a genuine TRD Edition, 5 speed manual.

1JZ-GTE Single turbo VVT-i (2.5 litre 6cly RWD)

TRD 320kph Dash

TRD 3 inch Catback Exhaust

TRD Airfilter

TRD LSD

Bilstein Shocks

Apexi AVC-R (Blue Screen)

18in DTM Blitz wheels

$3500 worth of sounds (CD/MD amp sub etc)

This car is in immaculate condition, has done 49,000kms, these cars are very rare in manual, (I think the only one in NZ?)

They are huge in Japan at the moment, and have awesome potential for big HP (hello T78!!)

The also look damn pimp!!!

Asking $27,995ono, which is damn cheap considering these are still worth 2million yen just to buy.....

Cheers
