Brake Smoke

Hi All,

I changed my front discs and pads yesterday and now they are smoking without heavy breaking. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated as its a bit of a worry when brakes work!

Did you clean the discs with brake cleaner before fitting? If not, that would cause smoke.

ye cleaned them with proper stuff first. smoke seems tohave gone but something apears to be cutting into the disk around the hub. Its strang because nothing on the pad or caliper sems to be touching it. is this normal???
