I was chatting to a guy at work earlier who said he is thinking of changing his car and would like 2 seater fun.

He asked me about mine and had already chatted with me in the summer about it.

I asked if he wanted to go out for a spin and he said yes (nothing dodgy in this Garrick).

When we got back he said the car was more comfortable and better than we expected.

He said he can give me £3k cash next week if I wanted to sell it!

(I will let him know when I am ready to sell)

i had that when i used to have my van

ppl were offering me cash for it left right and centre, sometimes even silly money for it! and they were all serious cos i could never get shut of them

soon as i want to sell it - it takes me 6 months and i sell it to my best mate stripped out and all the bits gone separate!

Simon, I will change the car one day (once I have saved for what I want).

The next car is not going be a '2 (it actually won't be a toyota) and has been planned since early last year. As nice as the MR2 is, I never actually wanted one. Bought it after giving up spending 9 months looking for a good condition celica gt4.

I have been asked a few times this afternoon if I have reached a decision (I don't like this pressure). Its nice knowing someone is after the car though.

had loads of people approaching me trying to buy my car off me in the summer... -offers went up to 4.. 4500 and even £5k.. but I declined.... the guy that offered me £4500 gave me his number and said call him when I wanna sell it and I lost it lol..
