Lpg Conversion And Valve Clearance Problems

I have an LPG conversion on my '03 Corolla. The engine is quite bumpy when idling and my LPG installer who services the installation annually has told me to get the valve clearances adjusted, preferably by a dealer mechanic. So my next regular service (60K) I took it to the dealer and asked them to check the valves but they say they are fine.

I know Toyota don't like LPG conversions on their engines because of the valves but has anyone else had a problem like this? Is the bumpiness due to valve seat recession? If so would valve adjustment help (even though they have been checked and are 'normal')? Are there replacement valves that can be fitted that are suitable for the heat of an LPG engine? I am already using flash lube to help try to cool them.

At the moment my LPG installer is telling me the valves need reseating (or adjusting?) and the Toyota mechanics are telling me they are fine. Any advice would be of help right now please.
