Glanza (need Your Help) Please!

hi can any one help me??? i have just bought a glanza turbo today (year 96, ep91, 2 mode turbo). after a long 5 hour drive home which was good (low mode), not any problems. i got off the motor way and there was no power at all.(high mode)

i put me foot any it seems like the turbo aint boosting probably?? (no power at all) its like its a none turbo

seems like the exhaust could be blowing as well!!?? (could this effect the turbo boost??)

also when i put me foot down there is a judder (like the fuel cant get through)?? could this be the fuel defender??

when stopped it aint ticking over properly ( could this be down to the exhaust problem??)

please any help would be great as am pulling me hair out
