Avensis 2003 (lamp Burnt Out ?)

hi there

yesterday I disclosed the right side light lamp is either burnt out or does not work due to lack of good contact.

FYI - this lamp has been changed during last service at MrT dealer and was in order. During hot summer days, especially when the car was waiting for me all the day been parked -- I've been disclosing that the same lamp has been occasionally out of order and in case of gently kicking the right side lamp case - it returns to light OK again. My opinion is that this is due to poor contact. MrT has been informed re these occasional issues and I'm going to arise a claim to check with this lamp again at no costs for me. I would very much appreciate your advices as well as how to change this small lamp by myself. Any process chart is available? Besides - what are data of this lamp?
