51 Plate T-sport Brakes

i'm about to buy new brakes all round and the rear shoes come in different sizes, mines is a 51 T-Sport, which ones would i be after? also people have mentioned pins stretching that need replacing, does anyone know what parts i would need, i am replacing everything i can so i don't need to touch them again for a while
