Free Tronic Problem

Hey, I have an 2000 Yaris, with 1.0 engine and semi automatic gear (free tronic).

When I start the car in the morning all is working fine, gears are shifted perfectly. After about 20 minutes of driving the gear starts to squeak. After that the FreeTronic Red light is alighted and after a few more minutes I can no more shift gears - it stays in neutral even thought the gear's stick is shifted.

My toyota garage has no idea.

Any one can help me? I'm also trying to find some free tronic repair manual & schema.
