Celica Gt Import Factory Stereo Replacement (6g)

I'm a n00b to this forum living in the UK, having a bit of trouble fitting an after market head unit to an imported Celica GT. It has a factory fitted amplifier by the A/C unit.

I bought the autoleads PC2-17-4 iso adapter before I started, but that's not fitting. Does anyone know what harness adaptor will work, I'll try to get some pictures of the connectors shortly.

If not, does anyone have any info on all of the wires that are in these 2 connectors?

Ah well, panic over.

All I needed to do was disconnect the 2 plugs that went into the amplifier (2 blue ones located on top of the amp).

These 2 plugs then go straight into the Autoleads PC2-17-4 adaptor which in turn goes into the head unit.

Unfortunately it means the amp is useless so it may be worth removing this at a later date to reduce weight or make room for something else.
