T-sport Oil Changes

What's the service schedule for a 2003 T-sport? How often should the oil be changed? Presumably every 6 months or X,000 miles, but how many thousands?

I didn't get a manual with mine, see, and I'm wondering whether mine's due for a change.

AFAIK, it's one year or 10K whichever comes first. If I had the VVTi-L Engine I'd use 5W40 fully synth.

Cheers dude. Any reason for the 5W40? I'm using 5W30 in it at the moment, would that change the oil changing schedule at all?

I'm using Magnatec 5W30 in my 140 but if I had the higher revving 190, personally I'd prefer a slightly thicker viscosity at operating temperature. If you ever take your TS out on the Track, you would need a 40 as a minimum as a 30 would be too thin for the higher stresses and temperatures involved. The VVTi-L Engine takes around 4.5 litres to do an Oil and Filter change, so buy a 5 litre bottle. No change in schedule with 5W30 or 5W40 :)
