Rusty Fuel Filler

I've read the topics on rusty wheel nuts and rust at the leading edge of the roof. My 18 month old Aygo does not suffer from these problems but the fuel filler neck has started to rust. I'm leaving reporting it until the car is due for it's second service (in about three months time) but I would be interested to hear if other people have noticed the same problem.

I'm beginning to think that this car is not as robust as my Yaris. I bought the Yaris new and did about 87000 high speed miles in five years without a single problem. It only needed one set of brake discs and pads. I passed it on to my son who tells me it has just sailed through it's fourth MOT needing only a sidelight bulb. I will be very surprised if the Aygo repeats this performance!

Despite my misgivings about the Aygo reliability, I still think it's a superb drivers car and ideal for my long commute.
