Hi all

I wonder if someone knows how to replace the timing belt on a GT. I want to replace mine with the minimal work/time possible but looking around it seems like a big job. do i have to take the engine mount off??

if anyone have a step by step procedure with pictures it will be fantastic, please let me know.

Yes from memory yes you have to take the engine mount off. Do a search on here there are loads of threads. Its not the biggest job in the world but unless you have experience then get it done, its the valve timing your adjusting. I would always recommend changing the water pump, and only buy the timing belt from toyota.

Get a manual or download one if you look they are available, again find the threads in here, check celicatech.com I think too
