Would really appreciate any help with this, I currently have sat nav system in my corolla with a tns 200 disc in it and what im wondering is there any way to update this to get irish maps on it?

Iv the 200 in my corolla. Can only get maps for the UK. The 300 will do Ireland, you need a new unit thou. I was using the 200 this year in the UK, was better than nothing but you'd be better off with a tom tom to be honest

Thnaks for the info, would i only need to change the box under the drivers seat or would i have to change the screen aswell?

Im not sure to be honest. I think you could do, thought of this myself but then you would have to buy the disc as well if you wanted up to date maps. Lots of new road here that wouldnt be on old maps. Like €120 for new maps disc, then you have to buy the unit for what like €50-60 second hand. You have the price of a good tom tom paid and what you would have at the end of it wouldnt be as good.

Up to you I guess, after using the tns200 I wouldn't bother
