Yep....think must of us have tried and find it nigh on impossible.

Get yourself a child to swap the headlight bulb otherwise remove the front bumper as other owners have said it's easier this way. :D

I got the girlfriend to try with no luck, so I just left it at my garage whilst i went to work. Cost me a tenner + the bulb. Well worth it if you don't have anyone with small hands nearby.

Been said before. Get yourself some bent nose pliers and do it yourself in a few minutes. I've blown 2 now and this is what I use. A doddle.

Fitted, those who took it to toyota, your just not hardcore enough :P

So far the new bulbs seem good, obviously not as good as xenons, but thats not comparing the same thing.

Will update tonight after a drive in the dark

Bought some long pliers and fiddled for a bit, not that hard to be honest.

New bulbs are pretty good although I scraped one a bit :(

Fifth Gear ran an item on bulb changing a few months ago. The worst car they found was a Renault Megane. Access point is in the wheel arch (not under the bonnet). Took an AA guy over 30 mins to change it, ironic as French motoring law insists you carry a spare bulb kit.
