Clicking Tranny, Vibrating Pedals

so i just found this site while searching around for answers...

just put a new engine in my 94 paseo, 5 speed 5efe, broke in the first 1000 miles and had the oil changed, then i drove it from wisconsin to florida for a little bit of a vacation. on the way, i noticed that the accel cable became a bit stiffer than normal, i wasnt sure if it was due to heat or not so i stopped a couple times to take a look. after i adjusted that it worked better, but its not perfect. I am still experiencing a little extra vibration than normal in the pedals (not in the steering wheel) usually when i am accelerating at higher speeds (50-70). yesterday i noticed after driving a little bit that the clutch seemed to not be operating as smoothly as normal, and a click developed which went away once the clutch was depressed. if i let the clutch out slowly the click would stop. clutch oil is fine as well as everything else under the hood, belts, reservoirs, etc. the click from the transmission is gone now so idk if this is a real problem or a normal thing.

The clutch seems to still be performing normally, just looking for an explanation maybe.
