i have a prob with my tyres on my d4d .. i replaced 3 tyres with roadstone tyres... my last tyre was okay on the back, so kept it, a yokohama, but there is alot of road noise and you can clearly hear a noise from the back of the car .. squishing/slapping sound ... also my mph has went down from 65mph to about 58mph. The noise seems to be from the back roadstone tyre ...

i had yokahama on, now have three roadstone (korean) .. can you please advise?

ps the size of the tyres for all 4 are 185 / 60 R15 84H

Have you checked carefully that there is nothing stuck in the tyre tread that is sounding at every revolution ?

I once picked up a black "tiewrap" in my tyre tread and it was making that sort of noise but proved very difficult to spot.

Or maybe it still has it's sticky label on?.. worth checking the simple things first.

some of the tires are noisy i think you should find another tires suitable to your car and try it. 2 months before i bought 4 new tyres Pirelli dragon (it's for japanese market don't sell in europe) all the vibrations stoped when i changed tires but it makes noise like tyre bearing noise, but that isn't problem. I don't think your old tyre makes noise because if that tyre cause that noise you should have same noise before don't change the tyres.

man .. ive paid for the three tyres .. i cant really scrap them! anyone have any other ideas what the problem might be?

ps - for some reason the valve coming out of the tyre looks really long on the back new tyre that appears to be making the noise?
