Rear Wiper Switch For Carina Ii

Grandad has a near immaculate Carina II, done a little over 50k miles. His rear wiper switch has gone out though, and according to his local Toyota garage they are out of production. Are there any UK dealer stocking parts for older cars? Are there anyone at a dealer here who could search one down through a computer system? Part no. is 846522B880.

Which Carina II is it? AT151 (84-87) or the later one (AT171 I think) 12/87 on?
