Hi Everyone, :D

Redmanthinks here. My wife`s Corsa went to the breakers yard suddenly, and we needed to get a replacement a.s.a.p. In combing the local dealers for Corsas Fiestas et al, we were n`t very impressed by the prices being asked for, well, rubbish. We came across a Starlet.

Being the son of a now retired Vauxhall worker of some 40 years standing, I`d never considered a foreign car of any sort before. But here it was, a bright red Starlet , in our price range, clean and tidy, and reasonable mileage for it`s age. So I took it for a spin, read up as much as possible , joined the TOC, and was mightily impressed. So my wife is now the proud owner of a 1998 Starlet 1.3i , and I do n`t have to be persuaded to drive it, as I`m probably more keen on it than she is. Doubtless I`ll be bothering you all again for tips and knowledge.
