Reverse Lights

I got my 2008 Auris t2 a few weeks ago and i've already had a break squealing problem when comming to a stop at traffic lights which i notice is quite common on these forums, anyways my main question was about those white reverse lights on the back. A friend noticed that the right side reverse tail light wasn't lighting up when i was reversing into her drive way and just the left side one. I rang up the dealer to say i had a prob with my brakes and reverse lights and he said that the Auris only came with one reverse tail light on the left side and the other one on the right was for fog conditions. What i want to know is if he was talking bs or what.

Its not BS, there is only one reverse light.

Your brakes should be fixed under warranty, I am surprised that they are still building Auris's with the brake squeal problem still in existence.

I had mine fixed under warranty with no fuss, your dealer should do the same.
