Estima Drivers Door Lock

Hi, Hope you can help. My Estima (1995) drivers door lock is broken. The key becme stuck, took me 20 mins to get it out. Now cannot get the key back in at all. We can still lock it from the inside. Any advice? Dealer issue ? Thanks in advance. H.
