1994 Toyota Hiace Super Custom Digital Dash Odometer Problem

HI, I HAVE A 1994 TOYOTA HIACE SUPER CUSTOM LIMITED 3.0 EFI TURBO DIESEL. IT HAS THE DIGITAL DASH WHICH ALL WORKS FINE EXCEPT THE ODOMETER READING FOR THE TOTAL MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE. THE TRIP MILEAGE COUNTERS WORK BUT WHEN YOU SELECT THE 'ODO' READING ITS JUST BLANK. THE SPEEDO/REV COUNTER/FUEL GAUGE E.T.C ALL WORK FINE. ANY IDEAS ANYONE??

I hope you found a solution. Hard to say with a digital dashboard. Have you had it checked out by a mechanic? I have a similar model, but nothing digital.

I am searching for detailed specifications or brochure for my 1994 Toyota Hiace Super Custom 3.0D EFI 4WD.

The Toyota Company websites do not include such information for older models.

Right now I would like to find out the Max. towing capacity, but would be nice to have the complete specs. anyway.

Couldn't fix the problem no, the only thing i could find out that someone probably tried to clock the mileage at some point and screwed it up. In the end i got a second had digital dash and just replaced it. Cost £120 but least everything now works. There isn't much literature on the hiace super custom is there . . I need a wiring diagram to help with a few persistent electrical faults but nothing available. Good luck hunting for your towing spec!

Hi I have similar vehicle too and I make looking to replace the whole dashboard as mine is really worn out. The previous owner was really unkind to the vehicle. Would you please advise where I can get one.
