Resident Evil: Degeneration

Anybody a fan of the Resident Evil games?

Did you like the movies they made? I thought they were watchable but obviously didn't quite follow the Games storyline, just like every other game based movie thats popped up over the years!

Well, Clicky! here and watch this trailer. It's the latest RE film to be appearing and is fully animated with some of the games original cast. Looks gravy!

Any opinions?

I've seen all the films and they were OK IMO.

No idea if they were true to the game though as I've never played it.

This trailer reminded me of Final Fantasy ( in animation style - not storyline obviously ! )- That was made into a fully CGI movie a while back - enjoyed that one too !

The movies were watchable, I did like them to a certain point, and yea you're right. It does remind me of Final Fantasy also.

But there were 2 FF CGI movies! Which one do you mean? ;)

Yea, that was the first one.

The second one they released is Called Advent Children. It's based on the 7th Game. Really good IMO.

Looks quite good. I'm a fan of the games and have brought them all. So i guess i will give the movie a looking too. Just to see if they can make it as good as the games. Which for some reason films never match up to the games ;)

I'm waiting for the next RE! Looks pretty cool, haven't played one for a while (except Umbrella Chronicles) and should be pretty awesome in HD!

I only watches the last one and I didn't like it at all. It was watchable but got boring eventually.
