Update On The Car! T-sport

Right guys, As all of you have been discussing different performance modifications etc, I have been a busy boy!

I decided the first thing i need to do is get the car lowered, I changed my wheels straight away and now the car looks like a 4x4 so tomorow its going in to get lowered.

I purchased G-Max Springs, I like the drop that gemxrs car had. Lower at the front. I will later be moving onto coilovers but money is an issue.

Should be lowered by tomorow.

Finnaly i invested in some corolla headlamp covers that came the other day, Managed to find one pair on eBay brand new from marsh toyota parts. They are original headlight covers which i am going to tint!

That way i can have tinted headlights without getting troubled by the law and also for night driving.

As the car is black wanted to keep the theme all black.

Got photos of the latest work, recently just put in my sounds so have a look at that if any one wants to see a set up.

Will upload more photos after the lowering and then determine whether i want to get 18" wheels.

Finally can any1 suggest any positive and negative effects of these springs from past experience?

looks well nice mate, it was between black or red when i was getting my t-sport. went for the red in the end,

i would of blacked it all up too if i had the black. looks very good! sweet!

I was going to lightly tint the covers which i bought, as they are original toyota the fitting is fine and they dont look like covers. I was going to give them a slight darkened look.

like the picture above with the mini. Reason for covers was if i dont like the look i can always just take them off and they are really simple to remove, open the bonnet unclip them.

Saw someone who works in toyota with an e12 corolla who had them tinted and they looked quite nice. Maybe not to everyones liking but im going to give it a go.

I like the black on black look.

i would see if you can get a set of headlights, take the back off them and paint that bit black, to give the "smoked" look. that way you won't loose any light.

looking B) like the all black look - used to have a black MINI Cooper S, do you find it a pain to keep clean? i used to and even worse when i put white wheels on it!

hate cleaning it, Its really hard, and when my wheels get dirty they look brown!

i used to use the flash car cleaning system which filtered and de-ironise (prob' spelt wrong!) the water so didn't leave smears at the end - even in sunny weather B)
