Estima Orange Turbo Light

I have 1993 estima 2.2td when you hit around 2.5k turbo spools and green light shows, then at about 3.5k revs and orange light on the dash comes on, anyone know why or what causes this cheers.

sounds like your turbo actuator is the cause. Could be stuck, so a soft thump with a mallet may help, or the internals are worn.

If you look on eBay you can get them, £20 to 50 seems to be the going rate, or buy a complete turbo, which may be the cheaper option.

replacement of the actuator, is pretty simple, 1/2 hour job
