E10 / E11 Suspension Sold

I've recently fitted a complete Cusco coilover kit to the Supercharged Corolla. This means that my previous custom designed and hand crafted front suspension is now for sale along with the rear.

The front suspension was designed and built by Track Developments (near Castle Combe) specifically for my E11 Corolla though it's equally suited to the E10 model.

Track Developments took the original damper casing and sleeved and welded threaded spring perches to them. Custom Koni inserts were fixed into the casings and Falkner race coil springs were fitted. Effectively creating height adjustable coilovers.

These are the prices that I had to pay for the front:

Threaded spring perches £82

Custom Koni front dampers (re-valved for 300 lb/in springs & shortened 30mm) £382 - these are re-buildable.

2.5 ” internal diameter 300lb/in springs 10” long £55

Custom top & bottom spring seats (for 2.5” springs) £75

Fabrication £75

Pair of Whiteline camber adjustment bolts for the front – these cost £42

Total £711 looking for half - £355

Springs have done 5,000 miles and dampers have done 10,000 miles so plenty of life left in all of them.

The rears are standard casings with Fensport custom springs and AE92 Koni inserts

These are the prices that I had to pay for the rear:

Modified standard damper casing with AE92 top adjustable Koni insert £270

Fensport custom springs -30mm +30% uprated £55

Total £325 looking for half - £160

Dampers have done 5,000 miles and springs again about 10,000 miles.

Total I've paid for the front and rear is £1036 and I'm looking for half the prices I paid so £355 for the front and £160 for the rear.

Sorry I haven't replied earlier - I've been in hospital having my left knee replaced. Back home now and recovering. Suspension is still here.
