When that car was registered was in the days when the local registrations were issued from local offices. (that has now all gone with the modern plates)

EW was Huntingdonshire - Cambridgeshire.................Lots of people tried to get NEW or SEW or FEW as their plate as it was part way to a personal plate for some

As the car seems to have problems going from your overheating post, maybe £800. Or fix it and ask for £800 + the repair costs.

Unfort the gen5 prices even for tuned version are cheap. They genrally go for 200 with out MOT / TAX on eBay and you can find them fof upto 800 for a perfect model. I picked up mine a couple of months ago. Just had an engine refurb, new stainless steel exhaust, complete valet, original undamaged interior. 1990 model ST182 for £500 spent about £1000 on new 2 din head unit and other bits and bobs 110,000 miles full service history 4 owners from new and i will be lucky to get a £1000 if i am lucky £750

geting car back tommorow it was a sensor costing £110 supply and fit had the diagnostics done and all is greatttttttt
